JOB OVERVIEW

Watch this video first. This is the job:
----------

Everything in it is AI. The man talking, his voice and every shot were made with OMNI in Google Flow, then cut together in CapCut. It got 12,000 likes and 2,300 comments because nobody scrolling past can tell it is AI.

I need someone who can make 6 videos like that every day.

WHAT MAKES THAT VIDEO WORK (and what you will be judged on)

- It looks like a normal person filmed it on their phone. Not cinematic, not polished, not "AI looking".
- It is the same man in every shot: same face, same hair, same clothes, same voice.
- His lips match every word. Nothing is cut off, nothing is doubled.
- What you see matches what he says. When he talks about ginger, there is ginger in his hand.
- He holds the real product on camera, label to the lens.
- The captions are clean and on time, and the music is quiet under his voice.

If you look at that video and think "I already make videos like this", keep reading. If you think "I could learn this", this job is not for you yet. I am not training anyone from zero.

YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE

1. Hands-on experience making talking clips with OMNI in Google Flow. Veo only, Kling, HeyGen or Higgsfield does not count.
2. At least 3 months of paid AI avatar video work for a client or brand.
3. At least 50 finished AI videos delivered (finished videos, not clips).
4. Solid CapCut: captions, keyframes, audio ducking, cutting to the beat of the voice.
5. Proof you have kept one character consistent across several videos.

A NORMAL DAY

The day before, I send you everything for each video: the script, a reference video, the character image and the start frames. You then:

1. Generate each line as its own Omni clip, from the start frame, one clip at a time.
2. Check every clip: face, voice, lip sync, every word said exactly as written. Redo any that fail.
3. Put the clips together in CapCut with captions and quiet background music, matching the reference video's pacing and shot order.
4. Export 9:16, 1080x1920 MP4 and upload each video as soon as it is done.

Videos are 1 to 2 minutes long. Week 1 is 4 to 5 videos a day while I check your workflow. After that it is 6.

OMNI SKILLS I EXPECT ON DAY ONE

- Frames mode (not Ingredients) so the clip starts on the exact image
- Short dialogue prompts: the action, the speaker, the delivery and the exact line, nothing else
- Choosing 4s, 6s or 8s to fit the line, so no words are cut off and there is no dead air
- Rewording a blocked prompt (filter / "reputational risk") without changing the spoken line
- x1 generations only, checked one at a time

CREDITS

Accounts and credits are provided. Images are free, so the start frame gets perfected first. Clips cost credits, so: shortest length that fits the line, never 10s, never x2/x3/x4, never 16:9. Screenshot the credit balance at the start and end of each day. Wasting credits is the fastest way off the team.

HOW I CHECK YOU ARE REAL

- You show me your Omni history in Flow on a screen share or a short screen recording.
- You make ONE paid test video from my script and assets before you are hired. Same quality as the example.
- I get the same recycled portfolios from different people every week. If you cannot prove the work is yours, you are out.

CONSISTENCY

Same hours and same days every week, Saturdays included. 3 strikes: missing a day without telling me first is a strike, and repeating a mistake after feedback is a strike. You need a computer that can export 6 videos a day and reliable internet.

HOW TO APPLY

Start your message with the word "OMNI" or I will not read it. Then answer:

1. Link 2 to 3 talking avatar videos you made yourself with Omni. For each: which client or brand, and what you did.
2. How long have you used Omni, and about how many finished videos have you delivered with it?
3. Watch my example video. In 2 to 3 sentences, how would you rebuild it in Omni?
4. Tell me about one Omni clip that got blocked, cut off a word or drifted from the start frame, and how you fixed it.
5. Link one character you kept consistent across 2 or more videos.
6. Honestly, how many 1 to 2 minute videos can you finish per day at the example's quality?
7. Your working hours and the days you commit to.

No Omni videos, no reply. AI-written copy-paste applications that do not answer the questions get no reply either.

WHAT YOU GET

- Everything prepared for you the day before: scripts, references, character images, start frames
- My exact process and prompt library, plus Loom feedback
- Accounts and credits paid for
- Long-term stable work, a raise as you get faster, and a monthly performance bonus
