We’re hiring a Systems & Automation Specialist to help maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the operational systems that run our agency.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical puzzles, diagnosing workflow issues, and improving how systems perform.
You won’t just be supporting tools.
You will be responsible for understanding how systems behave, identifying inefficiencies, and improving how they run.
If you often look at systems and ask:
• Why is this underperforming?
• Where is the bottleneck?
• How can this be simplified or optimized?

???? Your Mission
Your mission is to keep our systems reliable, efficient, and scalable as the business grows.
You will maintain existing workflows, troubleshoot operational issues, and improve the infrastructure that supports our lead generation and client operations.
Instead of managing people, you will be managing systems and processes.
Your work will include:
• Diagnosing workflow or automation issues
• Maintaining CRM pipelines and system logic
• Improving operational processes and follow-up systems
• Fixing broken triggers, integrations, or system behavior
• Supporting internal projects that involve new system builds or improvements
Think of this role as the systems engineer behind our operations.

???? What You’ll Be Working With
Our main tools include:
• GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, workflows)
• Assistable.ai
• Twilio (SMS and calling infrastructure)
• Zapier and other integrations
• Meta / Facebook Ads ecosystem
• ClickUp for task management
You will be responsible for ensuring these systems work smoothly together.

? Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
You must have:
• Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting ability
• Experience with GoHighLevel workflows or CRM automation
• Assistable.ai experience (required)
• Experience working with Twilio messaging or calling systems
• Reliable high-speed internet connection
• Strong English communication skills
Bonus if you also understand:
• Meta / Facebook Ads structure
• Zapier or API integrations
• Funnel or pipeline building
? This role is not for beginners.
