JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for an AI operator / builder who can work directly with leadership to implement AI across our entire business.

You will shadow our CEO & COO daily, observe how we operate, and:

Identify repetitive tasks, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks
Build and implement AI systems using Claude, ChatGPT, and agentic workflows
Create automations, SOPs, and internal tools
Turn manual workflows into scalable systems
Continuously suggest and implement AI improvements across all departments

You’ll be involved in:

Lead intake & CRM workflows
Sales processes & follow-ups
Marketing systems (PPC, SEO, outbound)
Operations & project management
Contractor communication systems
Data tracking & reporting

You MUST have real experience building with AI tools, not just prompting.

Required:

Strong experience with Claude, ChatGPT, Claude code, agentic AI, etc
Experience building agentic workflows / multi-step AI systems
Experience with tools like Zapier, APIs / webhooks
CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, Podio, etc. is a plus)
Ability to think in systems, not tasks
Strong English communication (you’ll be working directly with leadership)

Preferred:
Experience with real estate or lead generation businesses
Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows
