JOB OVERVIEW

Mindcore Technologies is a leading IT and cybersecurity company transforming how businesses operate through secure, intelligent solutions. We’re now integrating Google Gemini Enterprise AI across our internal systems — and building this capability as a new managed service for clients.

We’re looking for a resourceful and highly technical AI Integration Specialist to help us connect and implement Gemini Enterprise across multiple tools and data systems.

Role Overview:
-You will be responsible for setting up and integrating Google Gemini Enterprise across our company’s core systems — including ConnectWise, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SharePoint.
-Your goal is to help us create a unified AI environment that can read and understand company data contextually in real time.
-After successful internal implementation, you’ll assist in documenting the process and supporting future client rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
-Set up and manage Google Gemini Enterprise within the organization
-Connect and integrate data from systems like ConnectWise, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and SharePoint
-Build and test API integrations and automation workflows
-Configure data access, user permissions, and system connections securely
-Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to design efficient workflows
-Maintain documentation of integrations, scripts, and system connections
-Troubleshoot integration or API issues and propose solutions
-Support the creation of a repeatable AI implementation process for clients

Qualifications:

Required:
-Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
-Experience with Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft 365, or SharePoint integration
-Basic to intermediate Python or JavaScript scripting skills
-Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, ---------- , Power Automate, etc.)
-Familiarity with cloud platforms or AI tools (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Vertex AI, etc.)
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-High level of accountability, organization, and initiative

Preferred:
-Experience with CRM or PSA systems (HubSpot, ConnectWise)
-Experience working with AI platforms or LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.)
-Understanding of security and compliance in enterprise systems
-Prior experience in IT, AI automation, or systems engineering roles
