WorkHorse is a US-based creative agency building a team of AI-native content creators. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI tools — not someone learning on the job, but someone already creating stunning AI-generated content daily.
YOUR FIRST ASSIGNMENT:
Your first client will be an outdoor/Americana apparel brand with a strong visual identity. You'll use their existing content library (product photos, lifestyle shots, some video) to create AI-enhanced and AI-generated ad creatives for Meta
This is a 30 day trial period with one account assigned. Perform well here, and you'll take on additional brands as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL CREATE:
- Static ad images using AI (product mockups, lifestyle scenes, variations)
- AI-enhanced photos (background replacement, scene extension, style transfer)
- Short-form video ads using AI tools (5-15 second clips for Meta)
- UGC-style content generated or enhanced with AI
- Multiple creative variations for A/B testing
YOUR AI TOOLKIT (Must Be Proficient In At Least 3):
- Image Generation: Midjourney, Leonardo AI, DALL-E 3, Stable Diffusion, Ideogram
- Video Generation: Runway ML, Pika Labs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Kling
- Enhancement/Editing: Magnific AI, Topaz, Photoshop AI features, Remove.bg
- Other: ComfyUI, ControlNet, LoRA training, or similar advanced workflows
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- You already create AI content daily (show us your portfolio/feed)
- You understand what makes paid social ads STOP the scroll
- You can match an existing brand aesthetic (not just generate random cool images)
- You iterate fast — we need multiple variations, not one perfect piece
- You stay current on AI tools (new models drop weekly, you should know about them)
- You understand Meta ad specs and best practices
DELIVERABLES (DURING TRIAL):
- 5-10 static ad creatives per week
- 2-3 short video ads per week (AI-generated or AI-enhanced)
- Organized in folders by concept/angle for easy handoff to media buyer
THIS ROLE IS NOT:
- A graphic design role (we're not looking for Canva experts)
- A video editing role (we're not looking for Premiere/Final Cut editors)
- A learning opportunity (you must already be proficient with AI tools)
We want someone who sees a product photo and immediately knows how to extend it into 10 different scenes using AI. Someone who can take a 3-second clip and turn it into a scroll-stopping video ad.
COMPENSATION:
This is a part-time role starting at 10-15 hours/week. Pay is based on experience and output quality. Top performers will get more hours and higher rates as we add clients.
HOW TO APPLY:

a) One lifestyle scene (person wearing the product in an environment)
b) One product-focused ad (creative background, eye-catching composition)
- Explain your prompt/process for at least one of them
4. Answer: "What's the most underrated AI tool for creating ad content right now and why?"
Applications without the test images will not be considered. We will not use the assets without compensating you.
