JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We are a U.S.-based debt collection company looking to bring on a highly capable AI specialist to help us integrate artificial intelligence into our daily operations and develop custom AI agents.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems from the ground up and can take ideas and turn them into real, working solutions.

We operate in a compliance-driven environment, so attention to detail and structured thinking is important.

What You'll Be Doing:
Identify opportunities to use AI within a debt collection / accounts receivable environment

Build and deploy AI agents for:
Customer communication (email, SMS, chat — compliant messaging)
Internal workflows and automation
Data analysis and reporting (payments, accounts, trends)
Integrate AI tools with existing systems (CRM, spreadsheets, payment systems)
Help design systems that improve response rates and operational efficiency
Continuously optimize AI-driven processes

Tools / Skills (Preferred):
Experience with AI tools:
ChatGPT / OpenAI APIs
Claude, Gemini, or similar

Automation platforms:
Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or similar
Basic coding (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or workflow automations
Familiarity with CRMs, APIs, Google Sheets
Bonus: Experience in collections, fintech, or compliance-heavy industries
Important Note (Compliance):

This role involves working within a regulated industry (debt collection).
You do not need prior experience in collections, but you must be comfortable:

Following structured guidelines
Building systems that adhere to rules and compliance standards
Avoiding misleading or aggressive messaging in automation

Compensation:
Starting at $6–$10/hour depending on experience
Raises based on performance
