HIRING: AI Automation Specialist – $2,500/month (Remote, Full-Time)

Help Us Automate the Backend of a Fast-Growing AI Content Agency!

We’re a fast-growing company that helps online education and service businesses generate clients using AI-powered YouTube content systems. Now we’re hiring an AI Automation Specialist to help us streamline and scale our internal workflows, client delivery, and content automations.

The Role:

You’ll work directly with the founder and team to build and maintain smart, efficient automations using tools like n8n, Airtable, Java, and other AI/automation platforms. Your goal: create AI workflows, eliminate manual tasks, build scalable systems, and support the delivery of our AI YouTube content systems to clients.

Requirements

- Fluent English (written + verbal) – clear communication is essential
- 3+ years Java development experience – this is non-negotiable
- Expertise in n8n – you’ve driven results with effective, functional and useable automations in n8n
- Expertise with Airtable – schema design, automations, and integrations
- Expertise in tools like Zapier, ---------- , OpenAI, Google APIs, etc.

Bonus Points

- You've driven results with effective automations for content workflows
- You've worked in online agency, education, coaching, or info-product businesses
- You understand marketing funnels and backend systems
