AI Solutions Specialist (Workflow Automation) with Cybersecurity Focus

Join our forward-thinking Utah-based startup as an AI Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will spearhead the integration of cutting-edge AI tools into our day-to-day operations – from building smart chatbots and AI agents to automating lead funnels and pricing analyses. We are looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who can rapidly prototype solutions using off-the-shelf AI APIs and platforms, working closely with our real estate team to streamline processes. This position offers the chance to innovate in a practical setting, driving efficiency and client service excellence through AI. In this forward-thinking role, you will architect scalable AI systems where multiple LLM-driven agents communicate seamlessly with each other and with external tools via standardized protocols. We emphasize adopting emerging Agent-to-Agent (A2A) standards like Google’s open Agent2Agent (A2A) framework (which lets AI agents directly exchange information and coordinate actions across different platforms?) alongside Multi-Agent Communication Protocols (MCP) such as Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol for tool integrations?. You’ll implement robust message-passing patterns – from structured function-calling interfaces to publish/subscribe channels (e.g. using a message bus for agent events) and intelligent routing via graph-based workflows – to ensure agents collaborate reliably at scale. Our AI automation stack (for real estate lead gen, marketing, CMA, customer service, transaction workflows, etc.) leverages cutting-edge orchestration tools: CrewAI for multi-agent process automation, LangGraph for node-based routing of tasks, AutoGen for defining conversational agent schemas, and even platforms like AgentCloud. The ideal candidate is confident in navigating these frameworks and stays at the forefront of best practices in agent collaboration protocols – understanding how standards like A2A and MCP complement each other to enable interoperable, “agentic” ecosystems?. You will be expected to integrate new multi-agent communication standards as they evolve, driving a future-proof automation architecture that sets the bar for AI-driven workflows in our industry. As our AI Solutions Specialist, you will not only build and optimize AI-driven systems for marketing, lead generation, CMA, and transaction coordination, but also ensure these systems are robustly secured.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Integrate AI Workflows: Design and implement AI-driven workflows for tasks like lead generation, customer Q&A chat, CMA report generation, and transaction management. (e.g., set up LangChain or similar for data Q&A, configure multi-agent systems for lead routing).

Rapid Prototyping: Quickly build and test prototypes using tools such as LangChain/LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, CrewAI, Zapier, n8n, etc. Iterate based on feedback to reach production-ready solutions in weeks, not months or years.

Integration with Existing Systems: Connect AI outputs to our CRM (kvCORE/Follow Up Boss), marketing tools, and databases. Ensure data flows smoothly (using Zapier, APIs or n8n) so that AI becomes a seamless part of our operations, not a silo.

Continuous Improvement: Monitor performance of AI systems (accuracy, latency, usage) and tune prompts or switch models as needed. Stay updated on new releases (models/frameworks and evaluate their potential value for our brokerage.

Documentation & Training: Document AI workflows and teach tea ---------- mbers how to use new tools. For example, create a one-pager “How to use the AI CMA Generator” for agents, and conduct occasional training sessions.

Data Management & Compliance: Coordinate data collection and preprocessing for AI (e.g., ensure our knowledge base documents are up-to-date for the chatbot). Implement measures to protect client data (no sensitive info goes to AI without approval) and bias checks in AI outputs.

Develop and Automate AI Workflows: Design and implement AI automation pipelines using LangChain, CrewAI, Zapier/n8n, and integrations with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.) to streamline our real estate operations. Ensure these AI agents and workflows reliably meet business needs (from generating marketing content to coordinating transactions).

Secure AI and Data Pipelines: Implement cybersecurity best practices across all AI systems. This includes safe storage of API keys and credentials, encryption of sensitive data, and maintaining compliance with data privacy regulations in all automations. You will proactively protect our MLS and CRM integrations by using least-privilege access, securing webhooks/endpoints, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

Vulnerability Management and Compliance: Continuously assess the AI workflows for potential vulnerabilities (e.g. prompt injection, unauthorized access) and fix them before they become issues. Regularly update dependencies and apply patches to address security advisories?. Set up logging and alerts to audit system usage, and ensure the company’s client data (PII) is handled in compliance with relevant laws and brokerage policies.

Collaborate on Security Strategy: Work with management (and any part-time security advisors) to develop our security roadmap. This may involve creating basic i ---------- response plans, advising on security budget needs, and coordinating periodic third-party security reviews. Educate tea ---------- mbers on secure practices as needed, fostering a security-aware culture even as we move fast with new AI features.

Core Responsibilities:


AI Strategy & Research?– Continually scan new tools (GPT?4o, Claude 3, Perplexity API, LangGraph) and present quarterly roadmaps.

Prompt & Agent Engineering?– Design high?quality prompts, RAG pipelines, and LangChain/LangGraph agents for CMA, lead scoring, and contract analysis.

Integration & Automation?– Connect ---------- , Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, and QuickBooks via REST/webhooks or n8n/Zapier; deploy on AWS or GCP.

Data Governance?– Build secure data?stores, manage embeddings, enforce privacy/RESPA and Utah Division of Real Estate rules.

Change Management & Training?– Create SOPs, video walkthroughs, and agent workshops; track adoption metrics.

ROI Tracking?– Report weekly on hours saved, lead?gen cost per acquisition, and commission lift attributed to AI interventions.
Preferred / Bonus Skills:
Experience with n8n, ---------- or Zapier for no?code orchestration.

Tableau/Looker Studio for KPI visualization.

Prior work in prop?tech or fintech.

Qualifications:

- 3+ yrs hands?on with Python and REST APIs.
- Practical experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen).
- Prompt engineering portfolio (chatbot, document Q&A, or workflow agent). Rising demand and pay for this specialty are well?documented.
- Cloud: AWS Lambda/Fargate or GCP Cloud Run; vector DBs (Qdrant, Pinecone).
- Excellent communication—must translate tech jargon into agent?friendly SOPs.
- AI Toolset Knowledge: Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM APIs and frameworks. You should be comfortable with at least one of: Python AI libraries (LangChain, etc.), OpenAI or similar NLP APIs, vector databases, and automation tools like Zapier or n8n. Bonus: experience with multi-agent systems (e.g., having played with AutoGen or agent frameworks) or building chatbots.
- Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in Python and JavaScript for gluing systems together. Able to write lightweight webhooks, transform data (JSON/CSV), and handle API integrations. Familiar with calling REST APIs (to integrate things like Zillow or MLS data).
- Fast Learner: Demonstrated ability to pick up new tech and adapt. The AI landscape evolves quickly – you should have a track record of staying current (for example, knowing about developments like function calling in GPT model or new open-source models) and applying them effectively.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Approach challenges with pragmatism – when a solution breaks or a model outputs an error, you debug and find a workaround. Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication to translate real estate team needs into tech requirements and vice versa. Comfortable working with non-technical staff to gather requirements and explain AI results.
- Domain Interest: Prior experience in real estate or finance is nice-to-have. At minimum, you should be eager to learn the terminology and workflows of residential real estate (CMAs, escrow process, lead qualification, etc.) so you can tailor AI solutions appropriately.
