Part-Time AI Social Media Operator – AI Personas & High-Volume Content

Type: Part-Time (15–25 hrs/week to start)
Schedule: Flexible (some EST overlap preferred)

We are testing and scaling AI-generated personas across social platforms using high-volume AI content.

This is not a strategy role.
This is not brand management.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys:

AI tools

Short-form content

Volume, testing, and repetition

Following clear SOPs

If you like creating a lot of AI content and seeing what performs, this role is for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Create content for AI personas (faceless / avatar / AI-assisted)

Generate short-form videos, images, captions

Post content on:

TikTok

Instagram

Facebook

X (Twitter)

LinkedIn

Repurpose content across platforms

Follow clear SOPs

Test hooks, formats, and angles

Track basic performance (views, engagement)

???? AI Tools (Experience Required)

You should be comfortable using AI tools daily, such as:

ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude

AI video tools (CapCut, Canva, HeyGen, Runway, etc.)

AI image generation

AI captions & hooks

You must know how to:

Edit AI content so it sounds human

Remove robotic phrasing

Improve hooks and pacing
