Hiring: AI Social Media Creator & Manager (Founding Role)

We’re building something different.

And we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just manage social media, but can create, move fast, and help us go viral.

Role: AI Social Media Creator & Manager
Remote
Compensation: P35-40,000 (1-month test run)

What You’ll Do

For the next 30 days leading up to launch, you will:

* Create a 30-day content calendar (ahead of schedule)

* Produce 2–3 posts per day across:

* Facebook / Instagram
* TikTok
* YouTube (Shorts + some long-form)
* LinkedIn
* X (Twitter)

* Create:

* Short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Engaging captions and storytelling posts
* AI-generated visuals and edits
* Trend-based content with fast execution

What We’re Looking For

Someone who:

* Uses AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.)
* Understands trends and knows how to adapt them
* Moves fast (speed over perfection)
* Can think in hooks, virality, and storytelling
* Has a founder mindset and takes ownership

Key Deliverable

Before execution, you must submit:
A 30-day content calendar with:

* 2–3 posts per day
* Per platform breakdown
* Hooks, formats, and content ideas

Compensation

We’re offering ?40,000 for the first month.
This is funded directly by the founders.

We know it’s not huge, but we’re early.
If this works, this role can grow significantly.
