JOB OVERVIEW

Cortana Solutions builds practical AI systems for businesses: AI receptionists, CRM follow-up, lead capture, workflow automation, and custom AI software.

We need a part-time short-form content creator who can turn our brand into TikTok/Reels/Shorts videos and Canva posts. This is not a generic social media manager role. We need someone who can actually create content, write hooks, edit short videos, and make posts that feel native to TikTok and Instagram.

Tools we want you to know:
- Canva
- CapCut or similar short-form video editor
- TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts
- ChatGPT or other AI writing tools
- Bonus: Higgsfield, Runway, Midjourney, AI video/image tools

Weekly output target after trial:
- 5 short-form videos per week
- 3 Canva posts or carousel posts per week
- Captions, hooks, hashtags, and posting notes for each piece
- Simple weekly content calendar

Brand direction:
Cortana helps business owners get found online, capture more leads, follow up faster, and automate repetitive work. The tone should be direct, practical, and business-focused. No generic AI hype. No robot/futuristic gimmicks. The content should feel useful to local business owners, service businesses, agencies, med spas, contractors, clinics, and professional service firms.

Trial assignment required with your application:
Please review the Cortana website and public social profiles above, then send a Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, or portfolio link with:
1. One 20-30 second TikTok/Reel script for Cortana
2. One edited sample short video or storyboard using the Cortana brand direction
3. One Canva carousel or static post concept
4. Five hooks we could use for TikTok/Reels
5. A short explanation of how you would grow Cortana on TikTok and Instagram for the first 30 days
6. A short posting plan showing where each sample would go: TikTok, Instagram Reel, YouTube Short, Instagram carousel, or Facebook post

Example hook style:
- Most businesses do not need more leads. They need faster follow-up.
- If your CRM only gets updated once a week, it is already lying to you.
- Every missed call is a sales process problem.
- Your receptionist should not be your bottleneck.
- AI is useful when it fixes the boring work your team keeps avoiding.

Important:
Do not ask for social media login access during the trial. Trial work should be sent as files, links, or mock posts only. If hired, you will be given the correct brand kit, posting workflow, and limited account access if needed.
