JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a creative editor experienced in producing realistic AI short films for my YouTube channel, JJ Creative Films.

We’ll create original stories about relationships, family, and everyday life. Films will initially be around 3–7 minutes in horizontal format, with longer films as the channel gains traction.

We’ll start with 1–2 films per week and aim for an ongoing schedule of 2 per week, potentially increasing to 3 at most.

I need someone who can take a written story and visualize it as an engaging film, using character performances, dialogue, quiet visual moments, music, and sound to build emotion and suspense.

Responsibilities:
• Generate cinematic AI scenes with consistent characters and voices.
• Create natural dialogue with convincing lip-sync.
• Edit scenes into a coherent story with strong pacing.
• Suggest creative improvements and practical alternatives for scenes that are difficult to produce.

We’ll provide story ideas and scripts. We’re still developing our workflow, so please explain your preferred script format and what you need from us before production. We’ll agree on a simple, workable format together.
