a fast-growing gourmet pickle brand based in Atlanta. We’re looking for a tech-savvy, creative, and highly reliable Virtual Assistant who knows how to use AI tools to complete tasks faster and smarter — and help us grow across all channels.
This is not for someone who needs micromanaging. We want someone who sees the big picture and knows how to get sh*t done.
Responsibilities
You’ll be managing many moving parts across the business:
Social Media & Content
• Plan, Create & schedule content (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, FB,etc)
• Use trends + AI tools (like ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva) to repurpose and create new content
• Reply to DMs and comments
• Build monthly calendars and campaign ideas
Amazon & E-Commerce
• Optimize Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok listings (keywords, bullets, titles)
• Upload using flat files if needed
• Monitor reviews and suggest improvements
• Assist with Shopify store updates and promotions
Marketing & Design
• Create Canva graphics, ad creatives, and banners
• Draft
• Use AI tools to generate ad copy, product descriptions, captions
Admin & Business Support
• Manage
• Handle order issues, refunds, and customer messages
• Keep track of weekly tasks, team deadlines, and recurring to-dos
• Create SOPs and improve our systems
• Suggest tools and automations to save time
You MUST Be:
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experienced with Amazon + Shopify
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, Jasper, Grammarly, CapCut, etc.
• Extremely organized and proactive
• Reliable, fast, and efficient (we want speed + quality)
Hours & Pay:
• $6/hour to start
• 20–30 hours/week with potential to go full-time
• Must overlap at least 2–3 hours/day with EST (Atlanta time)
