JOB OVERVIEW

We are an elite hair education brand based in the US (with operations in Vietnam) looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Sales Setter. Your goal is not just "engagement" ..it is to convert followers into students for our "Haircut by Design" online courses. You will use AI tools to scale content production and manage DM conversations with professional stylists.

Key Responsibilities
AI Content Orchestration: Use tools like ChatGPT/Claude to repurpose my educational videos into high-conversion captions and Reels scripts.

The "Setter" System: Manage Instagram/Facebook DMs. You will create scripts (with our guidance) to "warm up" leads and guide them to purchase the Foundations mini-course and the Fundamentals full course

Automation Management: Basic management of ManyChat (comment-to-DM automation) to ensure no lead is left behind.

Outbound Outreach: Identify and engage with US-based salons and stylists to build brand awareness.

Reporting: Track daily "Conversations Started" vs. "Course Sales" to ensure high ROI.

Requirements
Near-Native English: You must be able to communicate with high-end US stylists in a professional, editorial tone.

AI Proficiency: Experience using AI for copywriting and basic video editing (CapCut/Descript/Edits) is a must.

US Shift Availability: Must be available to engage with leads during US Central or Eastern business hours (part-time or full-time).

Sales Mindset: You enjoy "the hunt" and feel comfortable asking for the sale once a lead is qualified.
