We are NOT looking for someone whose primary skill is creating ChatGPT prompts.

We are NOT looking for a traditional developer who wants to custom code everything.

And we are NOT looking for a VA who waits for instructions.

We are looking for someone who THINKS IN SYSTEMS.
You should have enough technical depth that you could build software from scratch if you needed to.

But you should also be smart enough to recognize that building from scratch is often NOT the fastest or most intelligent solution.

Your brain should naturally ask:

“What are we actually trying to accomplish, and what is the simplest, fastest, most scalable way to accomplish it?”
Maybe existing software already solves 80 percent of the problem.

Maybe two APIs and an automation solve it.

Maybe AI can generate the custom code.

Maybe an agent can handle it.

Maybe we need to connect several existing systems.

Maybe we need one small custom component.

And occasionally, maybe the right answer really is to build something from scratch.

We need someone with enough technical depth to know the difference.

The simplest description is:

TECHNICAL DEPTH WITHOUT UNNECESSARY TECHNICAL COMPLEXITY.
You understand how software works.

You understand APIs.

You understand databases and data flow.

You understand logic.

You understand integrations.

You understand automation.

You understand AI and agents.

You understand enough code that you could build something yourself.

But your value is NOT how many lines of code you personally write.

Your value is knowing WHAT should be built and the fastest intelligent way to build it.
Today, AI can write enormous amounts of code.

We want someone capable of architecting the solution, directing AI to build it, understanding what AI created, debugging it, improving it, connecting it, and knowing whether the architecture actually makes sense.

You should be able to look beyond the tools.

HOW WE WANT YOU TO THINK
When we bring you a problem, your brain should automatically ask:

What outcome are we actually trying to create?

What already exists?

What can we reuse?

What can we buy instead of build?

What can AI create?

What should be automated?

What actually requires a human?

What is unnecessarily complicated?

What is the fastest version we can test?

What happens if this becomes 10 times bigger?

Should we buy it, connect it, automate it, or build it?

Then:

BUILD THE SIMPLEST SYSTEM THAT PRODUCES THE RESULT.
We are NOT impressed by complexity.

We are impressed by someone who understands complexity and makes it simple.
AI SHOULD MAKE YOU EXTREMELY FAST
AI is an important part of this position.

But AI itself is not the position.

We want someone who would have been an exceptional technical systems builder BEFORE the current AI boom and has now become dramatically more capable because of AI.

You should be comfortable using modern AI tools to:

• Architect solutions

• Generate code

• Debug code

• Research

• Analyze data

• Build agents

• Create automations

• Connect systems

• Prototype ideas

• Test rapidly

• Document systems

• Accelerate development

You might use tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, ChatGPT, n8n, Make, APIs, MCP, databases, cloud infrastructure, webhooks, CRMs, and whatever new tools emerge.

We do NOT care whether you know every tool we just named.
If a better tool appears next month, we expect you to figure it out.

Your underlying ability matters more than your current software stack.

“Where can technology, automation, systems, or AI create massive leverage?”
That might involve:

• Marketing

• Sales

• Customer experience

• Operations

• Data

• Reporting

• Internal workflows

• Team productivity

• AI coaching systems

• Our app

• Content

• Lead management

• Business intelligence

• Completely new opportunities

We want this person to eventually become one of the people we bring our most interesting business problems to.

SPEED MATTERS
We move fast.

We specifically want someone who can use AI and intelligent architecture to move MUCH faster than traditional software development.

We do not want three months of development before discovering whether an idea works.

We want:

PROBLEM → SIMPLEST TEST → BUILD → LAUNCH → DATA → LEARN → IMPROVE → SCALE
If something can be tested in three days, don’t spend three weeks building it.

If something existing solves the problem, don’t rebuild it.

If AI can create the code, don’t manually spend two weeks writing it.

If a simple automation proves the concept, don’t start by building a complete application.

PROVE BEFORE YOU OVERBUILD.
PROACTIVE OWNERSHIP IS NONNEGOTIABLE
This is extremely important.

We do NOT want someone who waits around.

FIRST 30 DAYS
We expect you to learn quickly.

But we are NOT hiring you to spend your first month learning.

WE EXPECT YOU TO BUILD.
Within 30 days, we expect:

• Real systems launched

• Real experiments running

• New qualified prospects entering our ecosystem from systems you helped create

• Clear tracking

• Multiple ideas tested

• Evidence that you understand our business and can translate problems into working solutions

If your first 30 days primarily produce plans, diagrams, meetings, and unfinished builds, this will probably not be the right fit.

DAYS 30 TO 60
Within approximately 30 to 60 days, we want:

1 TO 2 OR MORE ACQUISITION SYSTEMS EMERGING THAT CAN PREDICTABLY GENERATE QUALIFIED NEW PROSPECTS.
We want to begin seeing:

INPUT → SYSTEM → PREDICTABLE OUTPUT
We do not expect every experiment to work.

We DO expect you to move fast enough that we discover what works.

BY 90 DAYS
Our primary conversation should become:

“HOW DO WE SCALE THIS?”
Not:

“WHEN WILL THIS BE READY?”
TECHNICAL FOUNDATION
We are flexible on your exact technology background.

But you should have real technical depth.

We strongly value experience with:

• Software engineering

• System architecture

• Python

• JavaScript or TypeScript

• APIs

• Webhooks

• Databases

• Authentication

• Cloud systems

• Git and GitHub

• Automation architecture

• AI APIs

• LLMs

• AI coding tools

• Agents

• n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms

You do NOT need to be actively hand coding all day.

But you need to understand code well enough that you could.
You should be able to recognize when AI generated code is wrong.

You should understand why a system is breaking.

You should be able to make intelligent architecture decisions.

And if custom code truly is the smartest solution, you should be capable of getting it built.

WHAT WE DO NOT WANT
Please do NOT apply if:

• Your technical experience began with ChatGPT

• You primarily build basic Zapier or n8n workflows from tutorials

• You cannot explain what is happening underneath your automations

• You need detailed instructions before acting

• You want someone else to architect everything for you

• You automatically custom code every solution

• You automatically use an AI agent for every problem

• You enjoy complexity for complexity’s sake

• You move slowly

• You need constant supervision

• You stop when you encounter a roadblock

• You care more about technology than business outcomes

COMPENSATION
$2,000 TO $3,000 USD PER MONTH
Depending on capability and experience.

There will also be opportunities for meaningful performance bonuses based on measurable value created.

For an exceptional person who creates substantial value, we are open to compensation growing beyond this range.

We care much more about finding the RIGHT person than finding the cheapest person.
We want someone who could become a major technical systems leader inside our company for years.
