JOB OVERVIEW

AI STATIC AD DESIGNER
Full-Time | Remote

We run paid ads on Meta every single day.
We are looking for someone who produces static ads at volume using AI.
Not a traditional graphic designer.
Not a creative strategist.
We come up with the concepts. You turn them into images.

WHAT YOU’D DO
* Take a winning ad and create dozens of versions of it.
* Keep the core message while changing hooks, layouts, colours, imagery and visual treatments.
* Take new concepts we give you and turn them into finished static ads.
* Work from an idea, script and reference while d ---------- how the execution should look.
* Build offer ads such as buy-one-get-one, percentage discounts, free gift stacks and price comparisons.
* Produce hundreds of images every month.
* Make variations quickly without unnecessarily changing the concept.
Nobody hand-designs that volume of creative from scratch.

You need an AI-first workflow.

THE TOOLS YOU NEED TO ALREADY KNOW

You should already know how to work with:
* Nano Banana Pro
* Midjourney
* Higgsfield
* Photoshop or Figma for assembly
We provide the tools and credits once you are hired.
We are not teaching someone AI image generation from scratch.

WHO THIS IS FOR

This role is for you if:
* You generate images rather than manually building everything from scratch.
* You have created ads that actually ran on paid traffic.
* You can take one idea and produce twenty different executions without getting bored.
* You follow the brief.
* If we ask for the same message five ways, you give us five executions of that message, not five completely different concepts.
* You have good visual taste but understand that the ad exists to perform, not become a portfolio piece.
* You can produce at volume without being chased.
* You are comfortable doing repeated variations of winning ideas.

DO NOT APPLY IF
* Your experience is mainly branding, logos or organic social media posts.
* You have never made an ad that ran on paid Meta traffic.
* You want to be the person coming up with the concepts.
* You are still learning AI image-generation tools.
* You dislike repetitive iteration.
* You want to reinvent the brief every time.
* You need somebody constantly telling you what to do next.

THE SETUP
* Full-time
* Long-term
* Remote
* Work your own hours as long as deadlines are hit and you are responsive during agreed working windows
* AI tools and credits are provided
* Performance-based upside is available for ads that scale
* Compensation is discussed after the interview based on experience, output and the type of work you can handle

PAY
Compensation is discussed after the interview.

The final compensation will depend on your experience, output, and the level of work you can take on.

There is also additional performance-based upside tied to ads you create that scale, with room for compensation to grow over time based on performance and output.

HOW TO APPLY
Do not send us a CV or a traditional portfolio.
Send us one Loom video, three to five minutes maximum.
In the Loom:
1. Show us three to five static ads you personally worked on that actually ran on paid traffic.
2. Tell us exactly what your part was on each one.
3. Show us something you created using AI.
4. Walk us through your workflow and which tools you used.
5. If you have access to performance data such as spend, ROAS or CTR, show us. If you do not, just say so.
6. Tell us approximately how much static creative you can realistically produce in a normal month.
No slides.

Show us the actual work and talk us through it.
