JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a technical specialist who can build and manage AI-powered SMS and chat automation systems inside GoHighLevel.

This is an implementation role. You will be setting up real systems that generate replies, bookings, reviews, and reactivated leads. This is not a strategy or advisory role.

What You Will Be Working On

You will be responsible for building and managing systems including:

AI SMS chat bots inside GoHighLevel and CloseBot
Database reactivation campaigns for cold and inactive leads
Speed-to-lead automations for Meta and website leads
Website chat bots for lead capture and qualification
Review generation and reputation management workflows
After-hours call handling with SMS follow-ups

This Role Is Not a Fit If

You have only used basic GHL snapshots and do not understand workflow logic
You have not built AI SMS bots that qualify and book leads
You have never run database reactivation campaigns
You need to be told what to fix when performance drops

This Role Is a Fit If

You have built AI SMS or chat bots that book appointments
You understand speed-to-lead and intent-based routing
You can build pipelines, workflows, triggers, tagging, and AI prompts
You have experience reactivating old databases
You can troubleshoot and optimise systems independently

Remote role
