JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a creative and analytical AI Prompt Script Writer who understands how successful AI-generated YouTube channels work and can reverse-engineer them into repeatable prompts. Your role will be to design custom prompts that automatically generate structured scripts with scenes for 15–20 minute AI long-form videos.

This is a prompt-engineering + storytelling role — not traditional copywriting.

You will be provided a Claude subscription to generate scripts and scene outputs.

What You’ll Do

Study and decode high-performing AI YouTube channels

Build custom prompts that consistently generate engaging stories

Use AI (Claude) to generate structured scripts with scenes

Ensure each script fits a 15–20 minute video format

Maintain narrative pacing, scene flow, and emotional engagement

Deliver 20 AI-generated scripts per week

Reference AI video that your prompt needs to generate:

Story narration

Scene breakdowns

Visual cues for each scene

Consistent pacing suitable for long-form video

Requirements

Experience using AI writing tools (Claude, GPT, etc.)

Strong prompt engineering ability

Understanding of storytelling & pacing

Ability to analyze viral content patterns

Reliable weekly delivery

Nice to Have

Experience with faceless YouTube automation channels

Understanding of retention hooks & watch-time optimization

Familiarity with cinematic or documentary style writing

Compensation

$50 per week
