JOB OVERVIEW

The Opportunity
We are seeking an immediate contractor who bridges the gap between high-level design and rapid application development. Traditional development cycles are too slow for our current needs. We are looking for an AI-native builder, someone who leverages modern AI tooling to ship functional, well-designed products faster than a standard developer could.

Who We Are Looking For

The AI-Empowered Designer: You are primarily a designer with exceptional UI/UX skills, but you use AI tools to actually build and deploy your visions.

Or, The Design-Minded Dev: You are a developer with a highly attuned visual eye who embraces "vibe coding" rapidly prototyping and shipping using AI.

API & Backend Capable (via AI): You don't need to be a traditional backend engineer, but you must know how to confidently use AI to wire up APIs and handle technical integrations.

Required Toolkit & Experience

Deep Replit Proficiency: You have extensive, practical experience building in Replit. You've pushed past the free-tier limitations and know how to maximize its capabilities for real projects.

Prompt-Driven Development: Mastery in using Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor to write, debug, and refactor code.

Proven Track Record: You aren't just starting to learn how to use AI to build; you already have a workflow that makes you incredibly fast and autonomous.
