JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who can sit at the intersection of operations and AI — someone who understands how work actually gets done, and can translate that into prompts, logic, and workflows that make it faster and more consistent. You'll audit real operational processes, figure out where AI can genuinely help, and partner with our development team to build it.

This isn't a "play with ChatGPT" role. You'll be responsible for turning messy, real-world operational processes — dispatch, billing, compliance tracking, SLA reporting — into structured AI-driven solutions that hold up in production.

What You'll Do

Audit existing operational processes and identify where AI can reduce manual work, errors, or delays
Design and write the prompts and decision logic that power AI-assisted workflows
Partner with IT/development to scope, build, and implement solutions
Test AI outputs against real data before anything goes live — and fix what breaks
Build a reusable library of prompts and workflow templates across departments
Train operations teams on how to use these tools effectively
Track and report on time saved, errors reduced, and adoption
What You Bring

3+ years in operations, process improvement, or business analysis (field services, logistics, or similarly complex operational environments preferred)
Real, hands-on experience prompting and evaluating LLM outputs for business use cases — not casual use, structured iteration
Ability to map a process and see where AI logic can replace manual judgment
Comfort translating between operations stakeholders and developers
Strong writing skills — you can produce a spec a developer can build from
Bonus: RPA/automation tool experience, basic SQL, or a background in field services/dispatch
Why This Role

You'll have real ownership — from spotting the opportunity, to designing the solution, to seeing it work in production. If you like solving operational problems and want to actually build the AI-powered fix rather than just talk about it, this is that role.
