## Job Title: Fast Video Editor for Ecom Ads (AI Tools Required)
### About the Role
We are a fast-growing DTC brand in the Kids / Education space, and we produce a lot of ads every week.
We believe **creative volume = revenue**, so we are looking for a fast editor who can help us run our Ad Factory.
This is not a slow editing job.
We need someone who can produce ads every day using AI tools and work independently.
If you are slow, this job is not for you.
If you are fast and consistent, this can be a long-term job.

### Your Daily Goal
* Produce around **5 minutes of finished footage per day**
* This can include:
* VSL edits
* UGC ads
* Hook variations
* Short ad variations
You must be able to:
* Deliver drafts in 24–48 hours
* Generate your own clips using AI tools
* Generate AI voiceovers
* Add captions
* Follow example ads exactly
* Work without being spoon-fed
We care about **ads that convert**, not cinematic editing.

### Important — AI Clip Generation (No B-Roll Needed)
You do NOT need to find stock footage.
You will generate clips yourself using AI tools such as:
* HeyGen
* Veo
* Kling
* Nanobanana / image-to-video tools
* ElevenLabs (voice)
* CapCut / Premiere / After Effects
You must have experience with **at least 2 of these AI tools**.
This job is for fast AI editors, not traditional editors.

### Pay
* $1,000 USD per month
* Paid weekly ($250/week)
* Bonuses for winning ads
This is a long-term position.
Strong editors will be promoted to **Senior Editor**, and top performers can grow into a **Creative Strategist role with performance-based pay and bonuses**.
We reward people who help us create winning ads and scale the brand.

### Trial Process (Read Carefully)
Step 1 — Unpaid Test
You will make **one 30-second video**
You must:
* Copy our example video 1:1
* We give you the script
* Script will be slightly different
* Same style, pacing, and format
This is to test your speed and accuracy.
Step 2 — Paid Trial ($30)
If your test is good, you will do a paid trial and receive **$30 for the trial edit**.
Step 3 — Hire
If the paid trial is good, you will be hired full-time.
