???? Position: AI-Powered Social Media Manager – Virtual Assistant
???? Hours: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)
???? Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST
???? Rate: $7.50/hr USD

-We manage multiple brands and we move fast. We're not looking for someone who spends half a day crafting a single post. We need a self-starter who has mastered AI-powered workflows to produce compelling content efficiently and at volume — without losing quality.

???? What You'll Be Doing:

-Managing and scheduling content across multiple brand accounts simultaneously
-Using AI tools to rapidly produce graphics, videos, captions, and ad creatives
-Monitoring analytics across brands and adjusting strategy based on performance
-Running and optimizing paid social media ad campaigns
-Keeping each brand's voice consistent while working efficiently across all of them
-Staying ahead of trends and proactively bringing fresh ideas to the table

? Required Tools — You Must Know These:

-Design & Video: Canva, CapCut
-Scheduling & Planning: Loomly, Metricool
-Ad Management: Meta Business Suite
-AI Ad & Content Creators: Creatify.ai, Zeely.ai, Blaze.ai
-AI Assistants: Claude, ChatGPT

These aren't "nice to haves." We expect you to use these tools daily to maximize your output and streamline your workflow.

-Take ownership of your time and hold yourself accountable
-Can manage content for multiple brands without dropping the ball
-Know how to produce quality content quickly using AI — not spending hours on a single ad
-Are a self-motivated problem-solver who doesn't need to be micromanaged
-Communicate proactively and professionally in English
-Have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace

???? This Is NOT the Right Role If You:

Prefer a slow, traditional content creation process
Need constant supervision or hand-holding
Are not comfortable learning and adapting to new AI tools quickly

This role requires you to be available and online Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Please confirm your ability to work these hours before applying.
