We are looking for an exceptional AI Video Editor to join our creative team and produce high-performing video advertisements for our e-commerce brands.
This is not a traditional video editing position.
We need someone who can take a detailed creative brief and turn it into a finished Meta ad from start to finish, including AI UGC, AI actors, B-roll, product scenes, voiceovers, visual effects, captions, sound design and final editing.
Our goal is simple:
Create AI advertisements that look real, feel native to the feed and sell products.
What you'll be creating
You will work across several different creative formats:
Realistic AI UGC advertisements
Direct-response Meta ads
Problem → solution ads
AI spokesperson / talking-head ads
Storytelling ads
Product demonstrations
VSL-style ads
Authority/expert-style creatives
Before/after storytelling concepts
Cinematic product scenes
AI-generated B-roll
Variations of winning ads
Different hooks, openings and CTAs for creative testing
We provide detailed briefs containing the concept, script, scenes, dialogue, visual direction, references, product information and marketing angle.
Your responsibility is to turn the brief into an excellent finished advertisement.
You need to be excellent with AI
We are looking for someone who actively works with modern AI creative tools.
Experience with tools such as:
Google Veo / Flow, Kling, Higgsfield, Runway, Seedance, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar.
You do not need to use every tool.
What matters is that you know how to choose the right tool to achieve the result.
You should be able to create:
Realistic people.
Natural AI UGC.
Consistent characters between scenes.
Accurate products.
Natural voices and lip sync.
Realistic environments.
High-quality B-roll.
We don't want AI content that immediately looks AI-generated.
You also need to understand advertising
Being technically good with AI isn't enough.
You should understand:
Hooks. Retention. Pacing. Pattern interrupts. Direct response. Storytelling. Visual hierarchy. Captions. Product demonstrations. Objection handling. CTAs.
The objective isn't to make the prettiest video.
The objective is to make people stop scrolling, keep watching and ultimately buy.
This distinction is also consistent with current performance-editor hiring: companies are explicitly screening for hook/retention judgment and ads that convert rather than editors who only make attractive videos.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who:
Has strong AI video-generation experience
Has created UGC/direct-response advertisements
Has experience with e-commerce / DTC brands
Can execute detailed briefs independently
Has excellent attention to detail
Can spot obvious AI mistakes immediately
Can maintain character and product consistency
Understands Meta advertising creative
Can create multiple variations efficiently
Can take feedback and improve quickly
Has strong English
Communicates reliably
Can deliver consistently and on time
You should care about details such as incorrect hands, strange movements, unnatural voices, bad lip sync, incorrect products, inconsistent characters, AI-looking skin, wrong text and continuity errors.
What we offer
We operate established e-commerce brands selling physical consumer products across multiple European markets.
You'll work directly with our creative team on advertisements that receive real advertising spend, meaning you'll get feedback from actual performance data rather than subjective opinions.
When an advertisement performs well, we'll create additional hooks, angles and iterations from it.
For the right person, this can become a long-term/full-time position with significant creative volume.
How to apply
Do NOT send us 30 random videos.
Send us:
Your 3 best AI advertisements/videos
Your 3 best AI UGC examples
Examples of ads you personally created that actually ran on Meta/TikTok
Any performance results or advertising spend you can legitimately share
Which AI tools you currently use
Which editing software you use
Your availability
Your expected monthly salary
At the beginning of your application, write:
“PERFORMANCE FIRST”
Applications without this will not be considered.
Shortlisted applicants will complete a paid practical test using one of our actual creative briefs.
