JOB OVERVIEW

D-launch is looking for a creative and reliable AI-Powered Video Editor to join our growing remote team.

We’re looking for someone who can do more than just cut footage. You should understand storytelling, hooks, pacing, audience retention, branding, and marketing, while being comfortable using both traditional editing software and AI-powered tools.

What you’ll work on:
• Short-form content for LinkedIn, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
• Podcasts, interviews, webinars, and long-form videos
• Repurposing long-form content into engaging short-form clips
• Motion graphics, captions, B-roll, audio enhancement, and visual effects
• AI-assisted video production and creative workflows

? Fully Remote
? $8–$20 USD/hour, depending on experience and skills
? Must be able to support UK and/or US client hours
