The Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to help us deliver results for our EdTech clients. This is a hands-on execution role. You will build and manage outbound campaigns, keep prospect lists clean and targeted, monitor AI SDR conversations, and make sure qualified meetings land on client calendars.
This starts part-time (approximately 20 hours/week) with a clear path to full-time as our client roster grows.
What You Will Do
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
Launch and manage multi-step outreach sequences across LinkedIn and
Monitor campaign performance — reply rates, deliverability, sequence health — and adjust
Oversee AI SDR conversations to ensure quality and flag anything needing a human touch
Set up and maintain calendar booking flows so qualified prospects land directly with clients
Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Send weekly performance summaries with clear metrics and recommendations
What We're Looking For
Hands-on experience with outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Clay, Smartlead, Expandi, or similar)
Strong written English — you write outreach that sounds human, not templated
Comfortable working inside AI tools and automation platforms
Detail-oriented and organized across multiple client systems
Self-directed — you flag issues early and bring solutions
Bonus: Experience in EdTech, K-12, or B2B sales into institutional buyers
Tools (familiarity with several is expected)
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, GoHighLevel or HubSpot, Calendly, Clay (a plus)
