We are an Amazon advertising and brand-growth agency. We run the Amazon channel for about 25 consumer brands: ads, listings, creative, catalog, inventory and strategy. The team is small and fully remote, and you report to the two founders with nobody in between.
THE JOB
More and more of our work runs on AI agents and automations: client reports, listing drafts, ad recommendations, outbound
Every day you check that each agent and automation produced what it should. You catch the ones that ran but produced the wrong thing, which is the failure that matters most. You fix what you can, escalate what you can't, and keep human approvals moving so nothing wrong reaches a client. You also own ClickUp and the automations around it, and you overhaul how we run client delivery and our own sales and marketing.
WHAT YOU RUN AND OWN
- The agent registry: every agent and automation we run, what it should produce, and how to tell it worked.
- A daily health check on outputs, not run logs. "It ran with zero errors" is not proof it worked.
- Quality control on AI work: you check reports, listings and
- The approval queue: agents draft, people approve. You keep it moving and prepare decisions for the founders.
- I
- ClickUp as the single source of truth for client delivery and internal work.
- Make automations: you repair them, monitor them, and build the small ones.
- A weekly operations report the founders can read in five minutes.
WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE
Day 30: you know every agent and automation we run and how to tell each one worked. A daily health check is running.
Day 60: AI errors are caught before a client sees them, and every i
Day 90: the founders stop asking "did anyone check this?"
WHAT YOU NEED
- You have overseen AI output in a real business, not only in a course: you checked it, caught it being wrong, and fixed the process.
- Daily hands-on use of Claude or ChatGPT to produce work, and the judgment to tell when an AI output is wrong even though it looks finished.
- ClickUp at administrator depth: spaces, custom fields, automations, dashboards. You will show this on a screen recording.
- Make at working depth: you can open a scenario, read its history and work out why it stopped or why it produced bad data. n8n or Zapier also counts.
- Operations experience at an agency or service business, beyond a coordinator role.
- Clear written English. You can explain a problem to a founder in five lines.
Not required: Amazon knowledge or advertising experience.
Hours: flexible, with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Pacific business hours each weekday.
Tools: ClickUp, Make, Claude, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, Instantly, Missive, Google Workspace, Slack, Fireflies.
HOW TO APPLY
Put the phrase CHECK THE OUTPUT at the top of your application. Use this exact phrase for this role only. We do not read applications without it.
Then send:
1. Your resume or LinkedIn.
2. A time an AI tool or automation produced something that looked finished but was wrong. What was it, how did you catch it, and what did you change so it would be caught next time?
3. The most complex ClickUp automation you have built, in two or three sentences.
4. The hours you can work each weekday, in US Pacific time.
5. Your monthly rate in USD.
HOW WE HIRE
We hire slowly and on purpose.

3. Video call with a founder.
4. Paid trial for finalists on a sanitized copy of our real operations. You are paid whether or not we hire you.
5. Offer. Both founders review your work first.
