JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly capable AI + No-Code Systems Operator to help us build, manage, and maintain multiple AI-powered business assets inside a single ecosystem.

This role is based on managing real AI income systems, not theory.

You will be responsible for creating, organizing, and improving AI assets similar to those shown in the attached image, including:

AI Telegram channels

AI automated income systems

White-label AI tools

AI agent workforces (SDRs, follow-up bots, appointment setters)

AI-powered communities

AI newsletters

AI podcasting systems

AI software built with no-code / vibe coding

AI music and content engines

Evergreen AI content archives

Each of these is treated as an AI asset, not a one-off project.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. AI Asset Creation & Setup

You will use AI + no-code tools to help create and launch AI systems such as:

AI content generators for Telegram, newsletters, podcasts, and communities

AI agents for lead follow-up, SDR tasks, booking, and reactivation

AI workflows that post, manage, and recycle content automatically

AI systems that monetize content (offers, subscriptions, challenges)

You will not be expected to code from scratch, but you must know how to assemble systems using AI tools and no-code platforms.

2. AI Asset Management & Organization

You will:

Manage multiple AI assets at the same time

Organize AI systems by category (Telegram, Podcasting, Music, Software, etc.)

Maintain prompts, workflows, and AI logic for each asset

Monitor which AI assets are active, paused, or archived

Keep systems clean, labeled, and usable by others

Think of this like managing a portfolio of AI businesses.

3. No-Code AI Workflows & Automations

You will build and maintain workflows that:

Automatically generate content

Automatically post content

Automatically respond or follow up

Automatically organize outputs into archives

Connect AI systems to platforms like Telegram, email, or dashboards

Tools may include:

n8n, Make, Zapier

Airtable, Google Sheets

Bubble, Glide, Softr

AI APIs and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

You must be comfortable figuring out how to connect tools, even if you haven’t used a specific one before.

4. Independent Problem Solving

This role requires independent thinking.

You will often be given:

A concept

A system idea

A visual layout (like the attached image)

You are expected to:

Translate ideas into working AI systems

Identify missing pieces

Solve problems when something breaks

Improve systems over time

This is not a task-only VA role.

5. Documentation & Maintenance

You will:

Document AI systems you build

Keep simple notes on how each AI asset works

Maintain order as systems scale

Help ensure AI assets can be reused or duplicated later

REQUIRED SKILLS
Must-Have

Strong experience with no-code tools

Practical experience using AI in real workflows

Comfortable managing multiple systems at once

Strong logical and systems thinking

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with AI agents or automation bots

Experience managing content systems

Familiarity with APIs (basic understanding is enough)

Experience working in startups or fast-moving teams

MINDSET REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT)

This role is for someone who:

Thinks in systems, not tasks

Enjoys solving problems independently

Treats AI like a tool to build businesses

Can manage complexity without getting overwhelmed

Wants long-term growth, not just short-term tasks

This role is not for someone who needs constant instructions.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

Starting Pay: $400/month but as we get established (depending on the speed and competency of the applicant) I would like to pay $800/mo but only if we have profitable tools that make it possible for us to afford to do so.

Schedule: Flexible hours
