We're a U.S.-based venture studio and operating company building AI-enabled software products. We move fast, operate AI-first, and give tea
We're looking for a Full-Stack Product Engineer to own features end-to-end: frontend, backend, Supabase/Postgres, API design, authentication, multi-tenancy, deployment, and production debugging, plus basic n8n/automation work when it unblocks the product.
Requirements:
- Comfortable working independently from written requirements
- Able to explain and defend the architecture and code you submit
- AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Copilot) are encouraged — but you must understand and be able to modify what they generate
- Experience with Git/GitHub workflow, pull requests, production deployments, authentication, APIs, Postgres/Supabase, and debugging
Compensation: $6–$8 USD/hour to start. Compensation is reviewed based on demonstrated output, ownership, and expanded responsibility.
Process: Selected finalists will complete a paid practical assessment and a live walkthrough. The initial hire will begin with a paid trial/probation period before long-term confirmation.
Please answer the following in your application (no generic cover letters needed):
1. Link your GitHub profile or a code sample you are allowed to share.
2. Link the best live application you personally helped build. Explain exactly what YOU owned.
3. Describe one production bug you personally diagnosed and fixed. What was the root cause?
4. Describe a system you built involving authentication, APIs, and a database.
5. Have you used Supabase/Postgres? Explain what you built with it.
6. Have you used n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools? Give one real example.
7. Which AI coding tools do you currently use and how do they change your workflow?
8. If an AI coding agent generates code that works but you do not fully understand, what do you do before shipping it?
9. Are you currently working another full-time job? If yes, explain your schedule.
10. What hours are you available to work, Philippines time?
11. Describe your primary internet connection, backup internet, and computer.
12. What starting hourly rate are you requesting within or near the posted range?
