JOB OVERVIEW

ZenduIT and GoFleet are a Toronto-based fleet management and telematics company — GPS tracking, AI dashcams, and field-operations software for mid-market and enterprise fleets across North America (waste, transit/bus, airports, construction, field service). We're a small team that runs on Claude for almost everything, and we hire people who already think that way.

We want demand generation run by someone who treats AI as the operating system of the function, not a writing assistant bolted on. Two mandates: performance across paid channels, and visibility inside AI answer engines — a growing share of our buyers now ask an assistant before they ask Google.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan, launch and optimize paid across LinkedIn, Google and Meta against pipeline, not clicks
- Own answer-engine visibility — how we get cited by ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and AI Overviews
- Build the reporting layer connecting spend to CRM outcomes
- Orchestrate the stack — the tools that stitch ads, site, CRM and content together, and the automations between them

SKILLS YOU MUST BE ABLE TO PROVE
- A dashboard you built that you actually look at weekly, and one time it told you to kill something
- A genuine answer-engine experiment you ran, including one that didn't work
- You can tell signal from noise on low-volume, long-cycle B2B spend — not just report the numbers, explain what you did about them

2. What's the difference we draw between optimizing for "clicks" versus what we actually want?

Then send a Loom (max 5 minutes): screen-share your orchestration — the tools you run, how they connect, what's automated. Show a dashboard and the decision it drove, including a kill decision. Show Claude in the loop. Be honest about one AEO/GEO experiment that didn't move anything. If you've never used Claude, say so in one line instead of faking a video — we'd rather know.
