California-based cutting edge AI company that develops sales, marketing and support agents for small and medium businesses in home services, property management, real estate and other niches.

This is a part time role that can become full-time depending on performance for an AI, automations and CRM expert who can operate independently as a high-functioning technical expert. The individual will have ownership and initiative and hands on experience to independently drive products from start to completion and deliver production quality work.

Role Description:

This is a part-time remote role for a AI, automation, and GoHighLevel Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing and optimizing GoHighLevel accounts, building and tracking automations, implementing workflows, analyzing campaign performance, and providing platform support. Day-to-day tasks may include troubleshooting technical issues, managing CRM data, and ensuring client success through seamless system operations.

Email and SMS campaign management
Appointment and calendar setup
Integration with third-party tools
Lead tracking and reporting
Customer support and system maintenance
