JOB OVERVIEW

I'm Wilco, the founder of Grow On Repeat. I'm looking for one person to work with me directly and run the marketing side of the business with me. This is a long-term role. I'm not looking for someone for 3 months. I want someone who's still here 5 years from now.

### What Grow On Repeat is

Grow On Repeat helps small business owners run full marketing departments using AI. Our product (GrowOS) is a complete marketing system that runs inside Claude Code. Think: newsletters, social posts, ads, articles, community replies, customer support. All built as AI skills. Customers install it and their AI handles 80% of the marketing work.

Right now it's just me running this. I've sold the first batch of customers and the system works. I need one more person on the team. That's you.

### What you'll actually be doing

The short answer: you'll be using AI to run marketing, and building new AI skills when something new is needed.

Day-to-day examples:

- Replying to posts in our Skool community using our AI setup
- Writing and scheduling social posts (X, LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Drafting newsletters and emails
- Creating and managing Facebook ads
- Handling customer support emails
- Writing blog articles with our AI pipeline
- Building NEW Claude Code skills when we need new workflows

The job will change fast. What you do month 1 will look different from month 6. You need to be comfortable with that and excited by it. Nobody is going to hand you a fixed SOP and leave you alone. We build the SOPs together. You grow the role as the business grows.

### Who I'm looking for

Hard requirements:

- Full-stack marketing background. You've done copy, email, social, SEO, and ads. Not an expert in all of them, but you've touched all of them and you're strong in content.
- Power user of Claude Code or Cowork. You can build your own skills, edit existing ones, and work with MCP tools. If you don't know what a SKILL.md file is, this role isn't for you yet.
- Native or near-native English. You'll be writing copy that goes to our customers and our audience. And you'll be on calls with me.
- Obsessed with AI. You follow the space. You know what dropped last week. You experiment with new tools on your own time because it's fun.
- Self-driven. I can't hand-hold you. You'll get a goal and figure out how to get there. You ask smart questions when stuck.

Nice to have:

- Your own portfolio of posts, articles, or marketing work I can look at
- Past experience running social for a product or brand
- Experience with video editing (Descript, CapCut, or similar)

### What I offer

- Well-paid role. I don't post salary ranges because I pay based on the person, not a band. If you're great, you'll be paid much better than the PH market average. Your video and your application will tell me what you're worth.
- Twice-monthly pay. 15th and 30th. I've paid every person on my teams on time, every single cycle, for 20+ years. No missed days, ever. Ask my old team.
- 13th-month bonus every December.
- Part-time trial to start, full-time once it's working. I want to make sure we're a fit both ways. The trial is paid and real.
- Direct access to me. You won't be buried under a team. You work with me. You'll see how decisions get made in a real business. That's rare.
- A role that grows with you. As the business grows, your scope grows. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a founder who has built and sold multiple companies.

### A bit about me so you know who you'd be working with

I'm Dutch, 22+ years in online business (started at 16). I've built and sold three companies, UpViral being the most recent. 50,000+ customers across 150+ countries. I've spent over $ ---------- million on Facebook ads personally. I've been featured in ---------- . I'm endorsed by Ryan Deiss and Russell Brunson.

I'm also a husband and a father of three. I live in the Netherlands and I've been to the Philippines multiple times to meet my teams. I treat the people I work with like family. The team compilation above is from people I had around me for years, not contractors I met last month.
