JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone who lives and breathes AI to build and run the marketing systems that power our growth. This is a remote, work-from-home position. This isn't a strategy role. You'll work hand in hand with our strategists, and your job is to bring their vision to life by building the automations, workflows, and content systems using AI tools. If you're the kind of person who's already using AI daily and gets excited about turning ideas into working systems, this is your role.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated content pipelines for social media, email campaigns, and digital ads based on direction from strategists
- Create video and visual content using tools like HeyGen, Synthesia, and other AI platforms
- Use AI assistants like Claude to draft, repurpose, and scale written content across channels
- Design and maintain marketing automations that reduce manual effort and increase output
- Turn marketing strategies and campaign plans into live, functioning systems
- Monitor campaign performance and flag results to the strategy team
- Stay current on emerging AI tools and trends, and recommend new tools that can improve workflows
- Collaborate closely with leadership and strategists to make sure what gets built matches the plan

Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience building workflows, automations, or content systems using AI tools (this is the big one)
- Experience with platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, ---------- , or similar
- Able to show real examples of what you've built with AI (portfolio, demos, or case studies)
- Comfortable taking direction and translating strategy into execution
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Quick learner who picks up new tools fast and figures things out independently
- Marketing experience is a plus but not required
