JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: AI Integrator & Backend Systems Operator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable AI-driven Systems & Automation Assistant to manage, optimise, and build the backend infrastructure of the number one window cleaning home services company in Australia.

This role is focused on creating smooth, scalable systems across operations, sales, payroll, scheduling, and CRM platforms by leveraging automation, integrations, and artificial intelligence.

You will work directly with the founder to design and implement workflows that reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and increase overall efficiency with sales and scheduling for our window cleaning business.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role. We are looking for someone technically switched-on, proactive, and capable of building and maintaining real systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and maintain backend workflows and automations
• Integrate and optimise CRM systems (setup, pipelines, automations, reporting)
• Implement AI tools into sales, customer service, and operations workflows
• Build and manage integrations using tools such as Zapier, Make, APIs, and webhooks
• Automate payroll, scheduling, invoicing, reporting, and internal processes
• Troubleshoot system issues and improve existing workflows
• Document systems and create scalable processes
• Recommend and implement new tools to improve speed, accuracy, and performance

Required Experience & Skills:
• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or similar
• Practical experience implementing AI tools (ChatGPT/OpenAI, AI agents, AI workflows, etc.)
• Solid understanding of backend systems, APIs, and integrations
• Experience building business workflows for operations, sales, or finance
• High problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and think in systems

Developer or technical background is a strong advantage.
