JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking highly skilled and detail oriented AI Influencer Video Creator to join our social media brand network of 1.5+ million followers. We specialize in using realistic AI generated influencers to capture attention, educate audiences, and make sales.

We are not looking for a regular video editor; we want a creator who deeply understands short-form media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) If you know how to make a scroll stopping hooks and maintain character consistency across multiple videos, this role is for you!!

What You’ll Do:

Generate : Take provided scripts, character references, and creative direction to generate high-quality video clips using tools like Google Flow and Nano Banana Pro and Veo 3

Character Consistency and realism: Keep the AI influencer’s consistent and realistic across every scene and video.

Edit for Virality: Edit complete videos in CapCut

Audio & Polish: Add engaging captions and sync corrected voiceovers using ElevenLabs. Fix any AI hallucinations, awkward cuts, or continuity errors before submission.

High Volume Output: Consistently produce 4–6 ready to post short form videos (averaging 1.5 minutes each) per day. (we have some creators making 10 videos per day!)

Requirements

Proven AI Production Experience: Direct, hands-on experience generating consistent video content with Veo 3 / Google Flow, Nano Banana, and ChatGPT (for prompt generation).

Advanced Editing Skills: Strong proficiency in CapCut with a fast turnaround time for clean cuts and engaging text overlays.

Viral Content Understanding: A understanding of audience psychology, retention triggers, and platform algorithms (IG Reels vs. TikTok). You must know why a video goes viral and how to replicate it.

Attention to Detail: Ability to seamlessly match a reference video’s pacing and spot minor AI generation errors before the final render.

Reliability: Reliable daily availability with a strong PC/laptop capable of handling media workflows.

Compensation & Perks

Base Pay: Competitive base rate paid $3 per video (or weekly via Wise). We want you to make $ ---------- +/month

Performance Bonuses: Significant cash bonuses tied directly to video KPIs (view counts, watch-time retention) and sales performance.

Long Term Growth: We provide task layouts. As the business scales and your skillss, there is significant room for your pay and role to grow.
