The Mission: We are seeking an intelligent, highly curious, and data-driven AI Influencer Content Producer & Social Strategist. In the rapidly evolving AI landscape, we don't just need a "user" of tools; we need a pioneer who treats every generation as a learning opportunity. You will bridge the gap between technical production and social media growth by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of two AI Influencers (and likely more), ensuring that quality over quantity remains the guiding principle. that said, quantity is still important.

Key Responsibilities
Market & Performance Analysis: Monitor Instagram, X, and TikTok to identify viral hooks and aesthetic trends within the influencer niche.

Data-Driven Production: Analyze post statistics—likes, views, and comment sentiment—to help d ---------- (along with your sense of what looks good) which content styles to scale and which to pivot.

High-Fidelity AI Generation: Utilize Google Nano Banana Pro (via wavespeed.ai) and KlingAI to create ultra-realistic images and videos.

Continuous Improvement (Kaizen): Apply a Kaizen mindset to every workflow, constantly refining prompts and processes to achieve higher realism and engagement.

Resource Intelligence: Intelligently manage generation credits on Kling and wavespeed.ai to maximize the "hit rate" of successful content.

Post-Production: Use CapCut and visual media tools like Photoshop (or photopea) to polish content, focusing on natural motion, perfect aesthetics, and matching the specific "voice" of the influencer.

AI Collaboration: Utilize team access to Grok and Gemini to refine prompts and brainstorm innovative content strategies.

Candidate Requirements
Aesthetic Excellence & Eye for Detail: You must have a "really good eye" for what looks high-quality and premium. You can spot and fix artifacts, deformities, or "uncanny" AI strangeness before content ever goes live.

Visual Media Proficiency: Experience with tools like Photoshop (or photoea) for image refinement and a tool like CapCut for video editing is essential.

Ownership & Autonomy: You must be a self-motivated, independent thinker who takes full ownership of the role and can operate effectively with minimal supervision.

Coachability: While independent, you must be excellent at taking direction and working diligently to meet specific expectations for both quality and volume.

Radical Open-Mindedness: A "must-have" trait. You must be excited by change and eager to master new tools as the AI market evolves weekly.

Analytical Sharpness: Proven ability to interpret social media metrics and translate those numbers into creative production shifts.


Equipment: Must possess a reliable computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection. Software tools will be provided. Access to your own image and video editing tools is a big plus.

Terms & Compensation

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week). One hour per week is reserved for tea ---------- etings.

Output: Focused on quality and performance results; specific volume is undefined to allow for deep-dive production and analysis, although volume is also important.

Compensation: $5.52 USD/hour paid weekly in USDT/USDC cryptocurrency.

Location: Remote

Benefits:

10 paid Philippine Regular Holidays.

Eligibility for 5 days of flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) after 180 days of continuous service.

5 days of Service Incentive Leave (SIL) after one year of continuous service.
