Note: Our stack is built on OpenClaw, an open-source AI agent framework. IF YOU HAVEN'T USED IT, SCROLL TO THE NEXT JOB POSTING.
What We Do:
Cyndra AI builds and deploys AI employees for businesses doing $10M-$1B+ in revenue. Not chatbots. Not SaaS. Full AI agents that increase productivity 100X. They read
The Role:
You're the person who gets on calls with our clients, understands their business fast, and supercharges their AI employees. You troubleshoot, you teach, you build. You're the bridge between "I have this AI thing" and "holy sh*t this AI thing just saved me 40 hours this week."
This is not a support ticket role. You're part consultant, part engineer, part teacher.
What You'll Actually Do:
Join client onboarding and support calls (2-5 per week)
Configure and optimize OpenClaw setups for specific client workflows
Write and refine skill files, system prompts, and agent configurations
Build automations: webhooks, API integrations, cron jobs, data pipelines
Teach clients how to talk to their AI, give feedback, and improve it over time
Diagnose issues live and fix them on the spot
Document solutions so the same problem never gets escalated twice
Suggest upsells when you see a client could benefit from more (you get paid for these)
You Must Have:
Hands-on experience with OpenClaw or similar AI agent frameworks
Comfortable in a terminal. You ssh, you grep, you read logs, you don't panic at a stack trace
Have built custom skill.md’s that fully replace human work
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and how systems talk to each other
Understanding of LLMs - prompt engineering, context windows, token limits, model selection
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical business owners without being condescending
Professional enough to be on camera with CEOs and founders
Self-directed. We don't micromanage. You see a problem, you fix it, you tell us after
Bonus Points:
Experience with: Node.js, Python, Tailscale,
You've built AI agents that actually run in production (not just tutorials)
You've done client-facing consulting or freelancing before
You understand business operations - sales funnels, lead management, content pipelines
What We Care About:
Can you make an OpenClaw agent do something useful in under an hour?
Can you get on a call with a business owner and earn their trust in 10 minutes?
Do you learn fast and figure things out without being told how?
Are you hungry?
How to Apply:
Send us:
1. Your resume
2. A 2-minute Loom video showing an OpenClaw setup you built (or any AI agent system). Walk us through what it does and why you built it that way.
3. One paragraph on the most complex automation or integration you've ever built. What broke, how you fixed it.
4. Your rate and availability (hours/week).
