JOB OVERVIEW

Remote · Full-time · Must work 9am–5pm Philippine Time (PHT)
The short version
We're an affiliate marketing company running sales pages, VSLs, upsells, software products, and e-commerce offers. We know AI is going to reshape how we operate — we just need someone who actually knows what they're doing to lead the charge. You'll be hands-on, work directly with the founder, and have a real budget to bring in whatever tools and software you need.
What you'd actually be doing

Upskill the team. Get our writers, marketers, designers, and operators using AI tools confidently in their daily work. Run trainings, write playbooks, sit shoulder-to-shoulder with people until it clicks.
Build custom workflows and agents. Identify repetitive or high-leverage work across the business — sales copy iteration, VSL scripting, market research, ad creative, customer support, data analysis, ops — and build the automations and agents to handle it.
Pick our stack. We're open. You'll evaluate, test, and d ---------- which platforms, models, and tools we should be investing in (and which to skip).
Ship real code. A lot of this work needs custom builds — APIs, integrations, internal tools, agent orchestration. We need someone who can actually build, not just chain prompts together.
Stay ahead. This space moves weekly. You'll be the person making sure we're not three months behind on something that could change our business.

What we're looking for

Strong developer. Comfortable building production tools — backend, integrations, APIs, scripts, internal apps. Whatever stack you prefer, we care about results.
Deep, broad AI fluency. You've actually used a wide range of tools — LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), agent frameworks, automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier and similar), RAG, fine-tuning, evals, the works. You can speak to the trade-offs from real experience, not blog posts.
Bias to ship. You'd rather have something working and iterate than spec it for two weeks.
Good communicator and teacher. A lot of this role is helping non-technical teammates get value from AI. If you can't explain things simply, this won't work.
Self-directed. You'll report directly to the founder, but you'll own the AI function end-to-end.

Nice to have

Direct-response, affiliate, or performance-marketing experience
Built customer-facing AI features in a software product before
Familiarity with our current tools: Claude Code, Obsidian
