JOB OVERVIEW

At Anima we sell spiritual tools that create a spark: crystal sets, incense and candles that open your eyes to what is already inside you. The products are a catalyst; the person is the creator. We sell on Amazon in the US, UK, Germany and Canada, our own store is launching, and we are a fast-growing e-commerce company that runs on AI. Image quality is the heart of the brand.

If you are interested in spirituality, meditation and crystals, and you care about this kind of product, you will fit here better than someone who only sees a picture to make.

THE JOB

You turn briefs into finished, on-brand images with AI. Our Lead Creative Strategist gives you the product, the angle, the message, example copy and reference photos of the real product. You generate the image in ChatGPT, make the product in the picture exactly the product we ship, retouch and finish it in Canva, set the copy on it, and deliver files ready to publish.

Today most of the work is Amazon listing images and A+ content. Website, ads, social, packaging and new product lines come next, and they all need the same thing from you: a finished image with the right words on it. You do not d ---------- what gets made or write the brief. You own the craft.

Anima runs on AI systems. Our brand rules, product facts and procedures live in a company AI you are connected to from day one, and our AI agents help you get the wording and direction of each image right before you generate. The system gives you the what; you bring the how.

You are measured on three numbers we share with you every month: on-time delivery (you set the date, you hit it, target 95%), first-pass approval (approved with one round of notes or none, target 75% within six months), and output (finished files delivered).

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

- Experience making AI images that sell. The one thing we care about most. You have produced AI imagery for e-commerce or retail brands, for products that were actually sold, not AI art because it looks beautiful. You can show three pieces and explain exactly how you made each one.
- Product and model fidelity. We make images that do not look like AI images. The product must be exactly the product we ship, and any person in the frame must look real. If you cannot get the product right, nothing else matters.
- ChatGPT and Canva, fast in both. Every image is retouched and finished by hand: fidelity, colour, cleanup, layout, type. Photoshop is fine for parts of it; Canva is where the team works.
- Excellent written English. Not good, excellent. You write the words that go on the picture, so a headline from you reads like a native copywriter wrote it. We read your application as your first English test.
- You hold a brand. Ten images from you look like one company made them.

WHO YOU ARE

Ambitious. You work hard and you go beyond what was asked. Optimistic and joyful to work with. Smart enough to understand feedback the first time and apply it the next, not argue it. You ask questions before you start, not after you deliver.

A strong plus: you have lived, studied or worked outside the Philippines, worked closely with Western brands and teams, or travelled widely. Our customers are in the US and Europe, and people with that exposure fit the team faster.

PAY AND SCHEDULE

- USD 1,500 to 2,000 per month depending on experience, paid monthly. Reviewed against your KPIs; consistently hitting them earns bonuses tied to those KPIs.
- Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day, with fixed overlap 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Philippine time alongside our team in Europe and Bangkok.
- Full-time independent contractor. Start as soon as possible, three-month probation. We pay for your ChatGPT and Canva Pro.
- You report to our Lead Creative Strategist.

HOW WE HIRE

1. A 30-minute video call in English with our CEO.
2. A test task from a real brief: two to four hours, 48-hour turnaround, paid. It is the same work as the job, and it is how we choose.
3. A final call with our CMO and Lead Creative Strategist: your test, scope, pay, start date.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Start your application with the word AMETHYST.
2. Send three AI-generated product or e-commerce images you made. For at least one, include the prompt and the raw output next to the finished file.
3. Look at ---------- (our Energy Cleansing Set). In three or four sentences, tell us which image you would redo first and why.
4. Tell us your available hours in Philippine time.
