JOB OVERVIEW

We are SteadyAnswer — an AI-powered growth company helping home service contractors (roofers, plumbers, HVAC, etc.) capture more leads, respond faster, and book more jobs using automation and AI.

Our core product is an AI receptionist + lead generation system that prevents missed calls, nurtures leads automatically, and converts inbound + outbound conversations into paying customers.

We are now building a 3-Engine AI Lead Generation Growth System, and we’re looking for a high-level Growth Systems Operator to architect, automate, and manage the entire infrastructure.

This is NOT a basic VA role.

This is for someone who loves building systems that drive real revenue.

What You Will Build & Manage

1) Outbound Growth Engine (Facebook Groups)

to operate inside 60– ---------- Facebook groups of home service business owners.

You will:

Set up and manage Devi AI keyword monitoring across dozens of groups

Use ReachOwl (and similar tools) to identify and initiate high-quality outreach

Design a structured process from group discussion ? DM conversation ? qualified lead

Build tagging + pipeline movement inside GoHighLevel

Ensure leads are nurtured properly until they book an appointment

2) Inbound Automation Engine (ManyChat + CRM)

You will build automated lead capture systems such as:

ManyChat Messenger flows triggered by keywords (ex: “missed call”)

Lead magnet delivery + automated follow-up

Integration between ManyChat and GoHighLevel

Automated reminders, tagging, pipeline updates, and nurturing sequences

A complete inbound conversion engine from first message ? booked call ? closed deal

3) Authority & Content Engine (Pressmaster.ai)

We are also building brand authority through educational content.

You will:

Set up and manage Pressmaster.ai

Build content workflows for both:

The SteadyAnswer brand

The founder’s personal AI authority brand

Automate content publishing to:

Facebook

LinkedIn

YouTube

Track engagement and improve messaging over time

Tools You MUST Have Experience With

Required:

GoHighLevel (CRM, pipelines, workflows, automations)

ManyChat

Facebook group marketing + lead generation systems

Automation logic, tagging structure, pipeline design

Strongly Preferred:

Devi AI

ReachOwl

Pressmaster.ai

Zapier or Make

Strong AI tool usage (ChatGPT, prompt workflows, automation support)

Who We’re Looking For

This role is for someone who is:

A systems thinker, not just a task doer

Comfortable building from scratch

Highly organized and process-driven

Strong communicator with high attention to detail

Able to document SOPs and workflows

Capable of eventually supervising an engagement VA

Compensation

$7–$12/hour depending on experience

Performance-based bonuses tied to closed deals generated through the system
