JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE

I’m looking for people who are tired of rigid corporate structures, endless rules, and limited growth.

This is not a typical “assistant” role.

I’m building a more human, modern alternative to agencies like Athena, with better pay, more ownership, and real opportunities to grow.

We already have a pipeline of clients. Now I’m looking for the right people to grow with.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You’ll work directly with business owners, CEOs and their direct reports to:
- Support day to day operations
- Work with AI tools, agents, and automations
- Bridge the gap between humans and AI systems
- Help businesses move from manual work to automated processes
- Continuously improve workflows and efficiency

This is a generalist role - no two days look the same.

- You have experience in: customer support, executive assistance, operations or similar generalist roles
- You're comfortable working in the US time zones (PST/EST)
