JOB OVERVIEW

The AI / Full Stack Developer is someone who has actually shipped production systems, not just toy projects. You’ve lived through the pain of making things work reliably for real users: dealing with messy data, edge cases, and “this can never go down” requirements.

In this role, you’ll work directly with the founder to build and scale the internal AI platform and client-facing automations. You’ll turn ideas into working product: apps, workflows, integrations, and dashboards that replace manual work with AI driven systems. You’ll also help turn those builds into repeatable modules we can deploy across many customers.

Here’s what you’ll actually do:
• Use our existing app, CRM, and phone/PSA stack to design and ship AI powered workflows that solve real business problems.

• Build and maintain the marketing site, AI audit landing pages, and tracking stack that feed our outbound and sales engine.

• Turn one off “wins” into reusable modules and templates we can deploy quickly for new clients.

• Work closely with the founder to translate business requirements into clear technical specs and then into shipped features.

• Help keep our systems safe: sandboxing, backups, rollback plans, and secure access patterns for internal and client environments.

Success in this role requires strong engineering fundamentals, comfort working across the stack, and an obsession with shipping reliable, secure systems quickly. You should enjoy working close to the business problem, not hidden behind a ticket wall.

Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain web applications, AI workflows, and integrations across our internal platform and client systems.

• Implement and maintain tracking/analytics on our website and landing pages; push events into our CRM and lead scoring systems.

• Stand up and maintain sandbox/demo environments with anonymized data for sales demos and testing.

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and implementation plans with clear milestones.

• Write clean, maintainable code and documentation for the systems and modules you build.

• Implement and maintain basic security, backup, and rollback processes for the environments you touch.

• Collaborate directly with the founder and other tea ---------- mbers via daily/weekly check ins, sharing progress and surfacing blockers early.

• Identify patterns across client builds and help turn them into reusable templates, modules, and internal tools.

• New features and projects shipped on time, with minimal bugs and no major production i ---------- caused by your work.

• The website, AI audit funnel, and analytics stack are live, reliable, and actively supporting lead generation and sales.

• A stable demo/sandbox environment exists and is used regularly in sales calls without exposing sensitive data.

• Core dev workflows (sandbox setup, deploys, backups, new client instance creation) are documented and followed.

• The founder spends significantly less time writing/debugging code and more time on AI design, strategy, and client work because they can trust you to execute.

Requirements
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer / full stack developer (or equivalent track record shipping real products).

• Strong proficiency using AI Coding tools such as Cursor, Cursor CLI, Claude, OpenAI / Anthropic APIs

• Strong proficiency in: PHP, PHP Frameworks (Laravel), Node.js, React, HTML5, CSS3, Modern CSS frameworks, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap)

• Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating multiple SaaS tools (CRMs, phone systems, marketing tools, etc.).

• Comfort working with databases and data modeling (Postgres, MySQL, CSV)

• Experience building and maintaining production web apps (authentication, routing, error handling, logging, etc.).

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to work directly with a founder and non technical stakeholders.

• High ownership: you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets.

• Comfortable working in a fast moving, sometimes ambiguous environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• Bonus (nice to have, not required):

o Experience in B2B SaaS, MSPs, or workflow automation tools.

• Core collaboration hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern for standups, reviews, and pairing.

• Base salary: 1,880.00 USD actual compensation will depend on experience.
• Bonus pay is available based upon performance and deliverables
