JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, nice to meet you! ?

We are not looking for someone who just wants another editing gig. We are looking for one editor who wants to get really good at making video ads that sell, and who wants to grow with us over the long term.

We are a small team building a dog supplement brand ? for the US market. We move fast and test a lot. Every week we run new video ads on Meta, all in English.

We provide the ad concepts and deliver clear briefs, with references where possible. What we need is an editor who turns our ideas into finished ads we can run right away.

? THIS IS NOT A NORMAL EDITING JOB
We don't need someone who just puts clips in order. When you open a new task, you should ask yourself:
- Does this hook catch the viewer in the first second?
- Is every clip good enough to run?
- Is anything cut off in Feed, Stories or Reels?
- Is the file named correctly, or will anything cause issues?
- Are there any AI errors in the footage, like a sixth finger?

Your job is not only to edit what you get. Your job is to deliver ads we can trust without checking every frame.

? WHAT YOU WILL DO
You get ideas, references, the copy and a written spec. Sometimes we explain it in a short Loom video. You create content with AI. In the end, you deliver finished ads that are ready to run.

- Create stunning B-roll with AI video models
- Turn ad concepts into finished ads for Facebook and Instagram
- Think about hooks that CATCH the viewer
- Add subtitles and on-screen elements
- Follow the naming convention we give you

? WE WANT SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT DETAILS
- If a clip has an AI error, like a strange face or a broken dog paw, you notice.
- If text sits where Instagram will cover it, you move it.
- If a spec is unclear, you ask before you start.
- If you think a cut would work better another way, tell us and show us.

We don't want someone who waits for us to find the mistakes.

? YOUR GROWTH PATH
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week. The better and more reliable your work, the faster you grow with us, with higher pay and more responsibility.

? PAYMENT = BASE + BONUS
- Monthly base: $1,000–$1,500 USD
- Performance bonus on top, paid monthly. It depends on the quality and reliability of your work and how well your ads perform.
- Payment through Payoneer (EasyPay), Wise or another method you prefer.

We always pay on time. No chasing invoices, no delays, no excuses. You focus on great ads, we make sure your payment arrives on time. If you prefer, we can start with a weekly payment.

? WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Highly experienced video ad editor. Most of our ads are 30 to 45 seconds, some are longer.
- Hands-on experience with AI video models. This is a must.
- You fully understand Meta safe zones. You know what gets cut in Feed, Stories and Reels and place everything correctly without being told.
- A sharp eye for mistakes in footage, both AI-generated and real.
- Good written English.
- Reliable delivery times.

We don't require a specific editing program. Use whatever you are fast in.

⭐ Experience with D2C / supplement ads is a strong plus.

- Full time, 40 hours per week
- Tools: Slack, Asana, Google Drive. A clear structure is important.
- We work async. We are based in Europe (CET/CEST), no fixed hours needed.
- No agencies and no outsourcing. We want to work with you directly.
