JOB OVERVIEW

Ironway is a fast-growing DTC brand best known for our military-style field watches, sold primarily in the US market. We're expanding beyond watches into a full men's brand: rings, bracelets, and other accessories and gear are launching, with more categories to follow. Design output is a core part of that growth, and we're hiring a full-time designer to own it.

The role

Your main job is producing Meta ad creatives (statics) on a daily basis for the US market. Around that core, you'll regularly design product page imagery, landing pages, site banners for sale periods, and as we expand into new categories, product and packaging designs.

This is an AI-first role. We expect you to generate first with AI tools and refine details manually only where needed. The goal is high volume at our quality standard, which is very achievable with today's tools. If your workflow is building everything by hand from scratch, this is not the role for you. If you've rebuilt your design process around AI generation and you're faster and better because of it, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

- Produce Meta ad statics daily, working from briefs by our creative strategists
- Design product page images, landing page designs, and website banners for sales and launches
- Design product and packaging assets for new product launches
- Iterate fast based on ad performance data
- Bonus: help us build AI content automations that scale creative output beyond your own hands

What we're looking for

- Proven experience designing direct response ads for Meta, ideally for DTC e-commerce brands selling to US customers
- A portfolio showing ad creatives that were built to sell, not just look nice
- Daily hands-on use of AI image tools integrated into a real production workflow
- Strong eye for detail when manual refinement is needed
- Fast turnaround, reliable communication, comfortable with daily output targets
- Available full-time
