AI Facebook Reels Creator & Viral Content Strategist

Full-time | Long-term | $1,500–$4,000/month depending on performance

We are looking for a highly creative AI content creator + Facebook Reels strategist to build a viral content system around a gut-health/fiber product targeting US women aged 45–75.

This is NOT just a video editing position.

You will figure out the character, visual identity, storytelling format and viral content style, and then actually produce and test the videos.

Your job:

- Research what is going viral on Facebook
- Create a unique, recognizable AI character/persona
- Develop an original content style — do not copy existing creators
- Create viral Reel concepts, hooks and scripts
- Produce the actual AI videos
-Test different formats and analyze results
- Continuously improve the content based on views, retention and sales
- Find creative ways to make the product part of the content rather than an obvious advertisement

The challenge is making these requirements feel natural while still creating content capable of getting millions of views.

We want ORIGINAL ideas

We are not looking for generic:

- content or copied formats.

We want you to develop a unique character + recognizable format + repeatable viral concept that we can scale across hundreds of videos.

We are looking for someone who wants to build and scale this with us long-term, not simply edit videos.

If you can consistently create content that generates both massive reach and sales, compensation can grow significantly based on performance.

However, $1,500–$4,000/month is the minimum you can expect.
