## **Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **AI Engineer** to architect, develop, and optimize our multi-agent autonomous platform. You will work across AI, automation, and workflow orchestration to bring our vision of a fully autonomous business-as-a-service platform to life.

You will help design AI agents that handle complex tasks, from prospecting to sales calls, campaign execution, reporting, and scaling — across industries. You will also implement memory systems, knowledge sharing, and learning loops to ensure continuous improvement of AI-driven workflows.

## **Key Responsibilities**

* Design, implement, and maintain **multi-agent AI workflows** that automate full business operations.
* Build AI agents for **lead generation, cold email outreach, multi-channel campaigns, AI voice/video calls, client onboarding, reporting, and campaign optimization**.
* Integrate AI with **external APIs and services** (Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, Calendly, Google Workspace, Twilio, Zapier, Stripe, QuickBooks, social media platforms, etc.).
* Develop a **centralized AI knowledge base** and memory system to maintain consistency and personalization across agents and clients.
* Implement **hyper-personalized, multi-channel acquisition strategies**, allowing AI to adapt based on lead engagement and client results.
* Ensure AI agents maintain **legal and compliance standards** (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, DNC).
* Optimize workflows to **scale across industries**, enabling rapid onboarding of new clients with minimal human intervention.
* Create **learning loops** for AI agents to improve scripts, content, campaigns, and outreach strategies continuously.
* Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams to provide a **seamless UX for entrepreneurs**, enabling dashboard management, reporting, and strategy oversight.
* Monitor AI performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose new automation strategies to **increase efficiency and impact**.

## **Required Skills & Experience**

* 3+ years of experience in **AI/ML engineering**, NLP, or conversational AI.
* Strong experience with **OpenAI GPT, Claude, or similar large language models**.
* Experience with **multi-agent systems** (AutoGPT, LangChain, custom orchestrations).
* Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar for **API integration and workflow automation**.
* Experience with **vector databases** (Pinecone, Weaviate) and memory systems for AI knowledge sharing.
* Understanding of **CRM systems, marketing automation, campaign management**, and lead generation workflows.
* Experience building **autonomous AI agents** that interact with external services and perform real-time decision-making.
* Strong understanding of **email deliverability, domain reputation management, and multi-channel marketing compliance**.
* Familiarity with **cloud infrastructure, scaling AI services, and serverless architectures**.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

* Experience with **TTS/STT technologies** (ElevenLabs, Whisper) and AI video avatars (Synthesia, DID).
* Experience designing AI for **B2B and B2C workflows**.
* Knowledge of **Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms** for integrating AI workflows.
* Experience with **data visualization and reporting tools** (Looker Studio, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
