AI Design & Video Expert – Virtual Assistant Role Description

The AI Design & Video Expert VA is a highly skilled creative specialist who leverages advanced AI tools to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and branded content at scale. This VA combines artistic creativity with technical efficiency, using platforms like Midjourney, Runway, D-ID, Kling.ai, OpusClip, Canva, and Adobe AI features to transform ideas into polished, professional visuals.

This expert will support the brand by:

Designing eye-catching social media graphics (carousels, quote posts, thumbnails, product mockups, etc.) using both AI and traditional tools.

Creating high-quality AI-generated videos, animations, and short-form clips optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and ads.

Enhancing raw footage with AI-driven editing, upscaling, color grading, noise reduction, and storytelling improvements.

Building brand-consistent content packs that match your aesthetic, fonts, colors, and messaging.

Generating product visuals and marketing assets (3D renders, lifestyle mockups, promo videos, and ad creatives).

Developing templates inside Canva, Adobe, or Figma to streamline ongoing content production.

Using AI software to speed up content creation, including voiceovers, subtitles, script generation, and automated editing workflows.

Collaborating on creative direction and ideation for campaigns, launches, and social media content calendars.
