JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing digital marketing agency working with multiple online brands and social media projects. Our team focuses on performance marketing, automation, and experimenting with new growth strategies using modern AI tools.

We are currently looking for a skilled and curious individual who enjoys exploring new technologies, building marketing funnels, and using AI to improve marketing performance.

This role is not just about running ads. We are looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, building systems, and using AI tools to move faster and make better marketing decisions.

Salary

$600 – $1500 per month
(depending on experience, skills, and working hours)

Responsibilities

• Create and test AI-generated avatars and marketing creatives
• Build and test marketing funnels
• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns
• Analyze performance data and improve conversion rates
• Use AI tools for research, creative generation, and campaign optimization
• Experiment with new growth strategies and marketing approaches
• Report results and share insights with the team

Requirements

• Strong experience with paid advertising or performance marketing
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work (ChatGPT, image tools, automation tools, etc.)
• Ability to build and test simple marketing funnels
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and test new ideas
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with funnel builders or landing page tools
• Experience with AI-generated content or avatars
• Experience running campaigns on Meta Ads
• Interest in automation and AI workflows
