Role Overview

We’re hiring a performance-focused Graphic Designer & Video Editor who specializes in paid ad creatives (static/video) and uses AI tools to move fast without sacrificing quality.

This is not a traditional design role. Ads are not “design projects” here — they are conversion assets. You'll be required to produce high-quality ad creatives using Canva alongside modern AI creative models such as Nano Banana Pro, Kingslot, Flux Pro, Seedream, Kling, Veo, and Sora (Experience at least with one of these models is required).

You’ll work closely with our Meta, Google, and Web teams to ensure creatives are aligned with:
- Brand guidelines
- Campaign objectives
- Ad copy and hooks
- Funnel selection and landing pages

Your goal is simple: create high-converting ad creatives that drive measurable results.

Some clients will provide high-quality raw footage (static or video) that you’ll professionally edit.
Other clients will provide nothing, and you’ll be responsible for generating creatives from scratch using AI and Canva.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Design static, animated, and video ad creatives with performance as the primary goal.

Coordinate with internal teams (Meta, Google, Web/CRO) to ensure creative alignment with campaign strategy.

Use Canva as the primary design environment for speed, consistency, and scalability.

Leverage AI creative models to generate concepts, iterate visuals, and scale output.

Edit and assemble videos using tools such as Descript, Caption, Motion, or Mirage.

Adapt creatives into required platform-specific formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9, etc.).

Produce multiple creative variations for structured A/B testing.

Analyze competitor ads and create improved, platform-native variations.

Refine creatives based on real performance data, not personal preference.

Maintain strong brand consistency while producing high-volume output.

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Expert-level Canva proficiency
- Proven experience designing paid ad creatives for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok
- Google
- YouTube

Strong video editing skills using Descript, Caption, Motion, or Mirage

Hands-on experience with AI creative tools, including at least one of the following:

Nano Banana Pro

Kingslot

Flux Pro

Seedream

Kling

Veo

Sora

Clear understanding of:

- Platform-specific aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9)

- Creative best practices per channel

- A/B testing and rapid iteration

- Direct-response design psychology

- Ability to work independently, follow briefs, and deliver fast turnarounds.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience creating or directing UGC-style ad content

- Familiarity with landing page visuals, CRO principles, or funnel design

- Experience building repeatable, AI-powered creative workflows

- Experience working with service-based businesses (local, regional, or national)

- Prior experience working with a digital marketing agency or performance marketing team
