JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We're a growing AI automation services company that builds custom applications, integrations, and workflow automations for businesses. We move fast, ship often, and lean heavily on AI-powered development tools to deliver high-quality solutions in a fraction of the time.

We're looking for a developer who knows how to vibe code — someone who can take a concept, spin up an AI coding tool, and turn it into a working application quickly. You don't need 10 years of traditional software engineering experience. You need to be resourceful, fast, and comfortable building with AI as your co-pilot.

What You'll Be Doing

Building full-stack applications, integrations, and automations for clients
Working with Supabase as the primary backend — setting up databases, auth, edge functions, row-level security, and real-time features
Connecting systems through APIs — REST, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Using AI coding tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, or similar to accelerate development
Collaborating through GitHub using proper workflows (see below)
Turning client requirements into working solutions rapidly — we're talking days, not months

GitHub & Version Control Skills
This is important to us. You should be comfortable with:

Branching strategies — creating feature branches, working off main or dev, and keeping things organized
Pull requests — opening PRs with clear descriptions, requesting reviews, and addressing feedback
Merging & conflict resolution — handling merge conflicts cleanly without breaking things
Commit hygiene — writing meaningful commit messages, making atomic commits, not pushing everything in one giant blob
Issues & project boards — using GitHub Issues to track tasks and stay aligned
Branch protection & collaboration — understanding why we don't push directly to main

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience with Supabase (PostgreSQL, auth, storage, edge functions)
Solid understanding of APIs — building them, consuming them, debugging them
Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.)
Proficiency with GitHub — not just git push, but real collaborative workflows
Comfortable with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and/or Next.js
Self-starter who can take a loose brief and figure out the best path forward
Strong English communication skills — you'll be working directly with clients at times

Nice to Have

Experience with n8n, Make, or other automation platforms
Familiarity with MCP servers and tool integrations
Background in building Chrome extensions, Slack bots, or internal tools
Understanding of prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs
