JOB OVERVIEW

You'll report directly to the CEO (US-based) and work as his technical right hand on AI and software projects across the company.

This is a builder's role: you'll ship real applications used by our team and clients, not maintain legacy systems.
What you'll work on:

Financial applications — dashboards, reporting tools, reconciliation and audit tooling built on real accounting data (QuickBooks Online API, Postgres)

Client portal infrastructure — our Next.js/React client portal: new features, integrations, and AI-assisted client experiences
AI agent systems — LLM-powered tools built on the Anthropic/Claude ecosystem: agents, automations, retrieval, and internal AI operating systems

How we work: Fast iteration, direct communication with the CEO, heavy daily use of AI coding tools (Claude Code). You'll often go from idea to deployed tool in days, not sprints.
